The science behind the technology
Academic chemistry today is, by definition, quantum. And if matter has an energetic structure, then that structure can be read and, in principle, influenced. Our water, our boards and our products work on this basis.
Institutional recognition for quantum chemistry
In academic circles, chemistry today is defined as quantum. The term comes from quanta: packets of photons, particles of light produced by the electromagnetic activity of matter itself. At the subatomic and atomic-molecular level, chemistry expresses intense vibrational activity, which generates radiation or quanta of faint luminescence, visible and traceable only with dedicated instruments.

2025
UN and UNESCO, Paris
International Year of Quantum Science and Technology, 100 years after the early development of quantum mechanics. The Paris event brought together government officials, scientists, industry representatives and Nobel laureates.

1603
Accademia Nazionale dei Lincei, Rome
The oldest scientific institution in the world, with Galileo Galilei among its first members. Today, scientific adviser to the Italian state. It held a colloquium for the centenary of Schrödinger's equation, formulated in 1926.

1926
Schrödinger's equation
It describes how the quantum state of a system of particles or atoms evolves over time. It gave chemists a mathematical and computational language that opened the way to drug design, nanotechnology and new materials.
Chemistry and its energetic structure
To understand what we read and what we transmit, three energies have to be told apart. Specialists distinguish them strictly: they are not interchangeable, yet they work in functional synergy.

Electromagnetic energy
The carrying network of the energetic structure of matter, the binder of chemistry. Oscillating electric and magnetic fields, in the form of photons. It needs no material medium: it travels even through a perfect vacuum.

Informational energy
The element that orders and governs chemical processes, running along the net of the electromagnetic structure. It is not simple dissipated heat: the frequency proper to a wave interacts with other molecules through resonance.

Vibrational energy
The dynamic sum of the first two. What results is the informational and vibrational network that regulates complex systems, setting their geometric form, their limits of development and their morphogenetic directives.
Electromagnetic signatures can be read
From the three energies a signature results. Every molecule and every chemical element has one of its own, and only its own.
Like the music track pressed onto a CD

A CD plays only the track pressed onto it and no other, because it answers to a precise electromagnetic path, which encodes specific sound waves.
Molecular transition

The absorption or emission of electromagnetic radiation produces precise transitions in the vibrational states of molecules.
Energetic modulation

The radiation transfers its specific energy to the molecule, changing the frequency and the amplitude of the wave.
Informational signal

The change works as an ultrafine informational signal, through which molecules communicate, bind and exchange data at cellular level.
How it is read

Signals of this kind can be intercepted and mapped with dedicated instruments, on the same principle as the electrocardiogram or the electroencephalogram.
Historical steps in the transfer of molecular information
We are not the first to work with the idea that information travels through water and waves. The view of a chemistry governed by energetic structures finds support in the work of three researchers, in a line built up over time.

Benveniste
Digital biology
He theorised that biological molecules transmit their informational signals through low-frequency electromagnetic waves, going beyond the rigid mechanical lock-and-key model. His research laid the ground for informational storage in fluids.

Del Giudice
Coherence domains
He showed, with Quantum Field Theory, that water molecules, in coherence domains, oscillate in unison with an electromagnetic field. The result is a network of signals that coordinates biochemical reactions.

Montagnier
The wave emission of DNA
He showed that DNA sequences, in highly diluted aqueous solutions, emit low-frequency electromagnetic waves. He documented that they can be recorded digitally, sent over the internet and used at a distance to reconstruct the sequence.
O.V.E.P.: quantum technology at the frontier
The signature described in point 03 is what we record. What follows is what we do with it. If handling the chemical and physical structure of matter is already a normal operation, the progress of quantum technology extends it to the energetic structure that governs it. This is where O.V.E.P. sits. The protocol is designed to detect, trace and transmit the biological frequencies recorded, acting in two directions.
Modulating entropy and restoring homeostasis

It modulates the disturbances and the disorder of complex biological systems, across the human, plant and animal kingdoms, in order to restore natural vibrational homeostasis.
Optimizing biological performance

It strengthens nutraceutical preparations and optimizes the metabolic and vital responses of the organisms treated: ordered, harmonic negentropy.
Structured water and biological remedies

Coherent liquid matrices, ideal for holding and carrying the molecular informational imprint.
Boards with dedicated microprocessors

Semiconductor supports for generating, radiating and controlling the polarization of ultrafine electromagnetic signals.
Proprietary algorithms

Mathematical decoding, digital archiving and the faithful tuning of the frequencies recorded.
